Six Sigma is a business management strategy. Six Sigma seeks to improve the quality of process outputs by identifying and removing the causes of defects (errors) and minimizing variability in manufacturing and business processes.

Essentially, we better ourselves by identifying and correcting or removing gear, specs, or underperforming individuals to provide a successful and efficient raiding experience.

Six Sigma is an organized PVE Raiding guild with extremely high expectations of an individuals performance and attendance.

Six Sigma is a non-democratic organization founded on the principals, game experiences, skills, and guiding focus of Guild Masters Tekmunki and Lytheeum. A presupposed respect and humility toward these individuals and their designated officers is expected upon joining. It is our duty as Guild Masters to return that respect. We will always strive to be as fair as possible, whenever possible in regards to loot distributions, integrity in decision-making, and the focus and betterment of the guild will always be a deciding factor that is expected to transcend personal feelings and friendships.

Our goal as an organization is to efficiently and reasonably conquer all PvE content as it's released into the game. We do not strive to be the 'Best in the World'; but rather establish a reasonable gear acquisition and content experience that requires a lot of time, reasonable intelligence, a cohesive personality, and personal commitment.

It is our goal to maintain a solid presence on Wildhammer and continue to be viewed as a respected, premier raiding guild in our realm. We expect all ranks of our membership to conduct themselves in a respectful, dignified, fair manner.


Expectations:

Raiders are expected to attend ALL scheduled 25m content raids and participate in an acceptable amount of 10m content on off-nights - so to an extent which is necessary to better your character and instance experience, and in-turn the guild as progression.

All Raiders are continually reviewed and monitored in regards to several performance standards variably set by a concensus of officer expectations, and may be replaced or 'benched' at any point.

No one is exempt from the direct and individual criticisms, staffing decisions, or raid invite decisions of the Guild Master or their superior officers.

Six Sigma is a "hardcore" progression guild on Wildhammer-US. We raid Monday through Thursday at 7:30 Server (CST). We focus on PvE raiding content and believe in a fair, friendly, unbiased raiding environment. We expect each raiding member to pull their weight and enforce strict attendance policies.
